After an online purchase has been submitted, customers should allow approximately four to seven business days for the order to be prepared and dispatched. Processing time is separate from the transportation period and may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, order volume, and other operational circumstances.

Standard ground delivery is available for qualifying purchases sent to physical addresses within the continental United States. Shipping charges are determined by the order subtotal and any applicable discounts. Smaller orders may incur a flat delivery charge, while qualifying purchases that reach the required spending threshold after discounts may receive complimentary standard ground shipping. This free delivery option applies to eligible online purchases and is limited to standard ground service within the contiguous United States. Expedited delivery selections, including Two-Day and Standard Overnight services, remain subject to their applicable shipping fees.

Customers should carefully review their delivery information before completing checkout. Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address generally cannot be modified, so confirming the street address, city, state, and postal information in advance is important. Standard ground shipments require a physical street address, and delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available through the ground service. Orders sent through UPS SurePost may be transported by UPS to a nearby postal facility before being handed over to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.

Customers who need their purchases sooner may select expedited Two-Day shipping when available. Delivery expectations depend on the time and day an order is placed. Orders submitted before the applicable weekday cutoff generally receive delivery within two business days, while purchases made after the cutoff may require an additional business day. Friday orders are subject to a separate morning cutoff, with later submissions typically requiring additional time. These estimated delivery periods apply to qualifying physical street addresses and should be considered alongside the normal order preparation period.

Delivery is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, although shipping costs and transit estimates differ from those for the continental United States. Ground shipments to these destinations generally require additional transportation time, while an expedited two-business-day service may be available for customers who need faster delivery. Certain fragrance products may be subject to transportation restrictions because of their contents and may therefore require a specific air delivery service. Additional charges may apply when a specialized shipping method is necessary.

Customers shipping orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico should review the applicable delivery fees before completing their purchase. Ground delivery to these areas carries a higher flat rate than standard continental shipping, while expedited service is charged separately. Military destinations and APO addresses are handled through USPS Priority Mail. However, not every product can be transported to military addresses. Certain fragrance sprays, perfumes, colognes, vehicle fragrance products, and selected oil refills may be excluded from these destinations because of transportation regulations. Customers should review product eligibility before placing an order for a military address.

Processing and delivery schedules can also be affected by weekends and recognized company holidays. Thymes does not process orders in the normal manner on designated holidays, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Orders submitted during a holiday closure or over a weekend are generally handled on the next available business day. Customers should therefore allow additional time for order confirmation and processing when purchases are placed around these periods.

The distinction between processing time and shipping time is important when estimating when an order will arrive. Processing begins after an order is received and covers the preparation required before the package leaves the fulfillment facility. Transit time begins once the shipment has been dispatched and depends on the selected service and destination.
